Today's hike is 6+ miles with approximately 800' elevation gain. We will start at the West Bernardo Park area in Rancho Bernardo, walk the pesdestian bridge across Lake Hodges and then truck up Bernardo Mountain. Pack your boots, water and a snack as we plan to be back at the trailhead by noon. The forecast for Saturday is sunny with a high of 74.
Directions: The trail head is in the West Bernardo Park parking lot across from Casa de las Companas at 18655 W. Bernardo Dr. We will meet toward the West Bernardo end of the lot. If you are coming off the the 15 north, the trail head sneaks up on you on the right...you have gone too far if you go to the stop light. Best to Google No Mission Valley car pool
